History

Step Up Ltd is was established in August 2019 from Miss Elif Tepe.

Miss Tepe studied sports at degree level at Halic University then continued her education studying Pedagogic Formation at Marmara University.

She has built a career working as a fitness instructor developing lessons for a wide range of people.

Miss Tepe has a holistic approach to fitness focusing on each person's mobility,health issues and reasons for improving their health and fitness factoring in their nutrition and lifestyles.

Miss tepe is also going to market to gyms, associations,and group to provide freelance services.

Miss Tepe also doing zumba, trx , pilates.
